CSI offers total collection services and keeps you informed on the status of all accounts you turn over to us.  Plus each area of operation is departmentalized, making us even more efficient.  There is no overlapping of work, and each person is a specialist in his or her particular area. 

We realize that the reason you come to us is to reduce delinquencies and improve your company's bottom line.  And we work, using all means at our disposal, to ensure that this is what happens.

Other Special Services

Pre-Collect
For a fee of only $6.00, we will mail a series of three letters over a 45-day period to the debtor.  These letters, on our letterhead, direct the debtor to call you and make arrangements for payment, or the account will be turned over for outside collection efforts.  After the last letter is mailed, you will receive an account status report.  If you desire you can refer this to CSI for personal attention by our staff.

Skip Traces
If the debtor has moved, our skip trace department will locate them, then inform our collections department of his whereabouts.  This allows our collectors to spend their time collecting your money instead of tracing debtors.
